The Walker Buildings

This 176,000+ sq. ft. adaptive-reuse redevelopment reimagines Kennett Square's two most prominent downtown buildings at 101 and 128 East State Street. Fronting State Street, the heart of Kennett Square's downtown, the buildings will deliver 60 luxury apartments alongside roughly 25,000 sq. ft. of street-level retail and 65,000 sq. ft. of premium office and medical space. Construction is underway as of 3Q26.
