Soon to be the premier destination in Sussex County, DE, the 218,000+ sq. ft. Nylon Capital redevelopment is located in the heart of Seaford, fronting Stein Highway. Offering a dynamic mix of institutional and recreational spaces, the planned community town center embraces both adaptive reuse and new construction. Construction kicked off in 2Q24.

9SDC partnered with local developers to deliver shovel-ready industrial pad sites in the cities of Wilmer, Hutchins and Lancaster in south Dallas County. Collectively, 9SDC and its partners have driven infrastructure to over 1,000 acres of land previously used for farming, and in the past 5 years have sold several industrial pad sites to end users building new distribution facilities ranging from 500,000 to 1,500,000 sqft. The users include the nations largest retailer, cold storage facilities and data centers.
